Affordable Housing Program

Downtown Commons offers affordable suites for UWinnipeg student couples and families while they are studying. Affordable rents and rent subsidies are available for eligible applicants. To apply for an affordable suite select the Affordable Housing Program button on the “Apply For A Suite” tab. Eligibility criteria is detailed on the application form.

Pedestal sink in bathrooms with comfort height toilets and grab bars
ADA roll-in shower units with flip-down seat, easy to access soap dishes, factory installed stainless steel grab bars, and hand-held shower system with slide rail
